Former U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Luis Remache, who lost his legs to grenade blasts in Afghanistan in 2011, was welcomed Saturday, July 19, 2014 to the site of his future home off Wading River Road in Manorville that will be adapted to his needs as a double amputee. The gift comes from Homes for Our Troops, the national nonprofit that has built more than 160 homes for seriously injured veterans.
