He took her to McDonald's for a birthday date, but police said, she -- and five accomplices -- robbed him blind, and took his wallet, iPhone, tablet computer and even a box of chocolates he had brought.

Now, Virginia Miller, 26, of 133 Harrison Ave., North Amityville, and three men are under arrest, charged in connection with the 9:30 p.m. Monday incident in North Amityville.

Police said the victim, whose identity was not released, was assaulted by five men -- two of whom are still being sought by police.

The two were friends, police said, and the victim took Miller to a McDonald's for her birthday and during dinner, the victim gave Miller a box of Russell Stover chocolates.

The two then went to a home on Nathalie Avenue in North Amityville where, as they sat in a car in the driveway, police said Miller texted her friends -- signaling them "to come out of the house and rob the victim." Which, police said, they promptly did.

The victim refused medical attention.

Arrested in addition to Miller were Jamar Christian, 21, of 17 Jefferson Ave., Copiague, Rodney Fisher, 33, of 14 Rodney Place, Amityville, and Michael Owens, 34, of 17 Virginia Ave., Hempstead. All were charged with second-degree robbery, police said.

The four were all ordered held at the Suffolk County jail on various bail amounts Tuesday in First District Court in Central Islip.
