Police: Flanders man hit trooper, yelled obscenities
A Flanders man who was a passenger in a car stopped by State Police was arrested after he yelled obscenities at troopers and bumped one in the chest with his elbow, State Police said Monday.
Just after midnight Saturday, two troopers on County Route 24 in Southampton noticed a broken taillight on a 1993 Chevrolet and pulled the car over.
