Suffolk police say Tracy Forman, a Center Moriches middle school teacher, was drunk and impaired by drugs when she hit a parked car and then drove about a mile away from the scene on Monday, April 21, 2014. Forman, 47, of Patchogue, was arrested in the parking lot of Center Moriches High School an hour after the incident, police said.
