Sources: Cop killed in crash drove car without permission
The off-duty Quogue cop killed in a high-speed crash in a borrowed Ferrari didn't have permission to be driving the sports car, sources said Thursday.
Sources identified the owner of the 2002 Ferrari, in which the passenger also died, as Jason Rabin of Wear ME Apparel Corp. on West 34th Street in Manhattan.
