Suffolk police cruiser collides with car in W. Babylon
A Suffolk County police officer and a driver received minor injuries Thursday evening when the officer's cruiser and the driver's car collided in West Babylon.
Police said the marked patrol unit was responding to a call and had its lights and siren on when the crash occurred at the intersection of Great East Neck Road and Railroad Avenue at 7:50 p.m.
