Suffolk to investigate how driver avoided sentence

Responding to parental pleas, the Suffolk Legislature Tuesday unanimously ordered an inquiry into how an unlicensed and uninsured driver served none of his 140-hour community service sentence after a 2006 crash that killed the 18-year-old son of Thomas and Ann Marie Harrington.
