Sunrise reopened after accident
The westbound Sunrise Highway in North Bellport was closed as a precaution for about a half-hour Wednesday afternoon after a truck overturned, officials said.
One person was injured in the accident at Exit 55 at about 1:55 p.m., according to the DOT. The injury was not life-threatening.
