Taser cop widow: NYPD 'ripped his heart out'

The widow of a New York City police lieutenant who committed suicide last year has sued the city, saying police officials drove her husband to kill himself by vilifying him in public for giving the order to shoot an emotionally disturbed man with a stun gun that led to the man's death.
