Alexis Tchaconas, a senior at Commack High School, is the winner of the 2009 America's Future Coca-Cola Scholarship issued by the First Tee of Metropolitan New York, a nonprofit that strives to make golf more accessible to local youngsters. For winning, she receives a $5,000 scholarship.
