Woman stole pug puppy, police say

She walked into the Yipity Yap pet store on Sunday, stuffed a purebred pug puppy into her purse and walked out, Suffolk County police said.

Now, detectives are hoping you can help them catch the dog-snatcher -- and they're asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS in an effort to find the woman and the pug.
