Bayport family manages rare Russian adoption

The Cirone family of Bayport adopted Anastasia, 2, from a Siberian orphanage. The Cirone family was one of only a few families to successfully adopt a child from Russia after President Vladimir Putin placed a ban on American adoptions in December of 2012. (Mar. 1, 2013)
