$1.75M bond OKd for Babylon Town Hall Annex

Babylon Town will spend up to $1.75 million for roof and window work in the first year of a multiyear reconstruction of Town Hall Annex.

The town board authorized the bond issue Tuesday.

Further renovations will be made to the heating system and, finally, the interior of what might be some of the least glamorous office space in the town — described by Babylon Town Supervisor Rich Schaffer...
