Brightwaters officials crack down on dog poop in Gilbert Park
Brightwaters dog owners, you’ve been warned.
That’s the message from the village board of trustees, which agreed at a recent board meeting to step up enforcement at Gilbert Park, where piles of dog feces have village officials vexed.
Trustee Robert W. Fischer, who oversees code enforcement, said the park’s patrons haven’t been picking up after their dogs, creating unsanitary conditions.
