The developer of a long dormant Wendy’s restaurant in Smithtown might be trying to jump-start efforts to complete construction of the fast-food eatery.
DiCanio Management Corp. of Smithtown has submitted plans to move a proposed septic system to a different part of the property on Jericho Turnpike, Town of Smithtown planning director Frank DeRubeis said.
