Hempstead Town Board postpones decision to rezone former sanitation facility site

The Hempstead Town board has decided to postpone a decision on a petition from Neil Court Llc to rezone a 2.84-acre property, a former sanitation facility on the south side of Neil Court and Firemen’s Memorial Drive, from residential to industrial.
