Hempstead Town to get $3.4M development grant

Nassau County Executive Edward Mangano announced Tuesday that the Town of Hempstead will receive nearly $3.4 million in Community Development Block Grant funds for townwide residential and downtown improvement projects as well as development and jobs program.
