Suffolk sheriff's bus carrying inmates gets stuck

A Suffolk sheriff’s bus taking inmates from Central Islip court to Riverhead jail got stuck about 10 p.m. Friday on the LIE service road in Islandia. It was trying to get onto the LIE near Exit 58, which is Nichols Road, said Michael Sharkey, chief of staff for the sheriff's office.
