TOWN FOCUS IN HUNTINGTON. Community journalist Brittany Wait started her five-day Town Focus series in Huntington Village. She's meeting with Robert Kissam, a direct descendant of the family that once lived in the historic Dr. Daniel W. Kissam House, built in 1795 and noted for its architectural detail.
This morning, she got a guided tour of the downtown area from Huntington Town Councilman Mark Cuthbertson and posted Instagrams along with way. She even discovered that one New York Yankees living legend will be in Huntington this Tuesday. Retired Yankees' closer Mariano Rivera will be distributing autographed copies of his book at Book Revue. (Scroll down to see her social media updates or use the link above for mobile readers.)
