Nassau County Executive Edward Mangano is expected to be a guest speaker at Oceanside’s town hall-style meeting Monday night to discuss the state of the county.

The Oceanside Civic Association meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in the Knights of Columbus headquarters on 2985 Kenneth Place in Oceanside. The meeting room has a capacity of 150 people. The meeting is expected to last two hours.

This will be Mangano’s first time attending an Oceanside civic meeting, association president Raymond Pagano said.

Members of the association are expected to raise questions about property taxes, waste treatment facilities, water quality, the Grumman plume and the county’s economic status, Pagano said.

For more information, visit www.oceansidecivicassociation.com or call Pagano at 516-594-1940.
