Oyster Bay Town postpones Tobay dune project

The Town of Oyster Bay has postponed its annual Tobay Beach Dune Stabilization Project because of damage from superstorm Sandy.
The dunegrass planting event for volunteers had been scheduled for Saturday but Supervisor John Venditto said it will be rescheduled after restoration work at the beach has been completed.
