Romaine news conference on snow response

Town of Brookhaven Supervisor Ed P. Romaine held a news conference to address questions about the town's response to last week's blizzard, which officials have called "inexcusable." Romaine was away on vacation through the blizzard and has been the subject of tense criticism.
