Sandy recovery fund for some Nassau residents

The Nassau Hurricane Recovery Fund is accepting applications from county residents not entitled to Sandy-related financial reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, who do not have homeowners or flood insurance, and who are not receiving assistance from another government relief program, County Executive Edward Mangano announced Thursday.
