4 face charges in Mattituck burglaries

Park Proposal: The Riverhead Town board will hold a public hearing Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Town Hall (200 Howell Ave.) on a proposal to spend $65,000 in federal community development funds to build a park and Sept. 11 memorial on a county-owned 4-acre plot on Sound Avenue.
