Cabaret Hearing: A hearing on the lawsuit brought by strip club owner Billy Dean against the Town of Hempstead Board of Appeals for denying a cabaret license for his Wantagh property is expected to be conducted today at 9:30 a.m. in the Nassau County Supreme Court in Mineola.
