Timing questioned on Glen Cove union vote

About 100 Glen Cove employees with the Civil Service Employees Association ratified a five-year agreement Monday night, the union’s Long Island spokesman, Richard Impagliazzo, said.

The members, who have worked for about a year without a contract, voted overwhelmingly for the contract. Impagliazzo  said he could not disclose the terms.
