Oyster educator, farmer, shucker, and raw bar manager Keenan Boyle is returning to the library! Born and raised on Long Island, Keenan has spent the last 20 years studying Long Island's legendary oyster history and currently works with boutique oyster farms on the Great South Bay to provide Blue Point Oysters dock to dish around the country. Keenan will be shucking and serving fresh oysters after the presentation. Registration required
