Oyster Bay Railroad Museum

The Oyster Bay Railroad Museum started in the 1990s as a group of people who were working to save Locomotive #35, a steam-engine locomotive destined for destruction at Eisenhower Park. After they successfully rescued the machine, their goals became bigger.
