Wanted: Robbery at store; stolen baby formula

Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department's Robbery Squad are looking for a man wanted in connection with a robbery at a Westbury store.

According to police, at 7:52 p.m. on Aug. 22, the suspect entered the Dollar Tree at 1057 Old Country Rd. and announced he was robbing the store and had a gun. The suspect stole money from the store's safe and fled. He is described as being about 5 feet, and was wearing a red baseball cap and gray shorts.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are looking for two men in connection with the theft of baby formula at a Centereach store.

According to police, at 6 p.m. on Nov. 7, two suspects entered Walmart at 161 Centereach Mall and took about $900 worth of Enfamil baby formula and left the store. Store security officers confronted the men in the parking lot and recovered the merchandise. The men fled in a silver Dodge Charger.
