Wanted: Store burglaries; armed robbery

Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department are looking for a suspect in connection with several burglaries at a Hicksville doughnut shop.

Police say between Dec. 1, 2012, and Feb. 28, 2013, a man broke into the Dunkin' Donuts at 100 N. Broadway on 10 different occasions and stole food products totaling about $15,000.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are looking for three persons wanted in connection with the robbery of a Holtsville convenience store.

According to police, at 8:48 p.m. on March 12, a woman and her two passengers drove up to the service door at The Barn at 1032 Portion Rd., and ordered a soda. While the employee went to get the soda, a man wearing a ski mask exited the car and approached the window with a rifle and demanded money. The man then re-entered the car and the suspects drove away.
