Yankees receive keys to the city
Yankee faithful gathered by the thousands in lower Manhattan Friday afternoon to witness the 2009 World Series champions accept keys to the city in a historic ceremony at the steps of City Hall.
It was the last stop in the Yankees' ticker tape parade through the Canyon of Heroes commemorating the team's 27th World Series victory earlier this week.
