A man suffered a five-inch slash across the face late Friday night in Yonkers, authorities said.
The man, whose age and address were not released, turned himself in to a local hospital around midnight after an apparent altercation at 20 Orchard St., said Yonkers police Lt. Peter Fazio. The victim was reportedly uncooperative with authorities, and the events that led to the incident are currently unclear, said Fazio, who didn't know the man's condition or whether he was still hospitalized Saturday morning.
The case remains under investigation.
