Guests enjoy a late-night dinner on the beach

Montauk may be "The End" on bumper stickers, but it's "The Start" for some of the East End's tastiest meals. Despite the increasing Hamptonization, Montauk remains basically a beach town, attracting families of vacationers and anyone with a fishing pole. In the last decade, the restaurant scene has grown dramatically, in number and in variety.
