Mt Vernon residents speak out against tax hike

City of Mount Vernon residents, most of whom are against a proposed budget which calls for considerable tax increases, spilled out of City Council chambers to voice their dissent for the nearly double-digit property tax hike to try to balance the 2013 budget. (Dec. 6, 2012)
