GREENWICH - Three members of the Cos Cob Fire Police Patrol have formed a nonprofit group aimed at helping people in need find the resources they require.

The Needs Clearing House attempts to put people in touch with the right officials at the right agencies.

One of the people the agency is trying to help is 41-year-old Charles Fuller, of Bridgeport, who is autistic.

Fuller says he had to leave his home after his terminally ill mother went into the hospital and their house suffered severe storm damage.

He says he gets $950 a month in disability benefits, but has not been able to get housing yet.

The Needs Clearing House organizers say they are investigating Fuller’s case and are attempting to get him into a home.
