NORWALK - Officials with the Norwalk anti-poverty agency NEON say their childcare programs are reopening  today.

The School Readiness program will be open at the Ben Franklin Center and Nathaniel Ely School during their usual hours.

NEON's interim CEO and president apologized for the recent closure of the program.

Officials say the agency is taking steps to prevent it from happening again.
