Bohemia school placed on lockout
A Bohemia elementary school was briefly closed Wednesday afternoon when students spotted a man dumping trash outside the school, Connetquot superintendent Alan Groveman said.
Edward J. Bosti Elementary School on Bourne Avenue was reopened after 20 or 30 minutes when school officials determined the man did not pose a threat, Groveman said.
