"1%" - the giant Wall Street pig
Unions, fighting against a proposal to scale back pension benefits for new hires, say they will unveil a new ally for state lawmakers to see when they return to the State Capitol on Monday.
"1%" - an inflatable "Wall Street Pig" will be on hand.
The stunt is courtesy of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME). And, of course, the pig's name comes from the Occupy Wall Street protesters, who dubbed themselves the 99 percent.
