Def't in Rep. Peter King threat dies in Ga. police shooting

A 53-year-old woman who had been indicted for sending a bloody pig's foot to Rep. Peter King, and who was widely quoted as saying she had done so, was killed in a struggle with police whom authorities say she attacked with weapons in Georgia.

Jameela Barnette identified herself as Muslim and miffed at King's recent hearings. She'd also reportedly sent fake explosives and anti-Semitic rants to upstate Sen. Greg Ball who she targeted after he held hearings on 9/11.
