New Nassau lawmaker to quit Hempstead Town job

Nassau’s newest legislator Michael Venditto (R-Massapequa) plans to quit as counsel to the Hempstead Town Board, effective last Saturday.
Venditto, 31, said Wednesday morning that he will submit his letter of resignation from his $94,300-a-year job to Senior Town Board Member Anthony Santino later in the day.
