Critic complains about Hempstead pay hikes for GOP leader

Felix Procacci, a registered Republican who ran unsuccessfully as a Democrat last year against Republican Hempstead Supervisor Kate Murray, is complaining about double pay increase planned for First Deputy Town Clerk Phil Guarnieri, who is the Republican executive leader of Floral Park.
