It's green this and green that, and the average person can be confused by all this talk of preserving the planet. What does "going green" really mean? If my neighbor installs photovoltaic solar panels to generate household electricity, does that make him more committed to going green and preserving energy than I am? Must I spend thousands of dollars on renewable energy to be green?
