The man fatally shot over the weekend outside a Valley Stream restaurant has been identified as a Bronx resident, Nassau police said in offering a reward to find the killer.
Gary Harris, 51, was seen leaving Bronx BBQ with two men and a woman early Saturday, homicide detectives said. He was shot in the restaurant parking lot about 12:30 a.m. and staggered back into the restaurant, where he collapsed, police said. Eight hours later, he was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Harris' companions were not identified.

SMITHTOWNBank robber dresses as woman
A bank robber was dressed as a woman when he escaped with cash from a Smithtown bank yesterday afternoon, Suffolk police said.
His note told a TD Bank teller that he wanted money and had a gun, according to detectives from the pattern crime unit. He took off about 4:05 p.m., possibly in a light-colored vehicle, going west from the bank at 714 Nesconset Hwy., police said. Det. Lt. Edward Reilly cited an active investigation at 6:30 p.m. in declining to describe the clothing beyond "women's attire."
