Al Badsha, 31, of Huntington Station, shed more than 30 pounds by practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 3-4 times per week, giving up soda and making other dietary changes. "Look at things that you can change right now . . . If you can do something for 21 days, it becomes habit," he said.
