Colleen McWilliams of Wading River first turned to bariatric surgery, then to Weight Watchers to go from 294 to 155 pounds and keep it off. Her advice to others is simple: “Don’t give up, ’cause being healthy is worth it,” McWilliams says. “Even if you only lose one pound a week, you’re chipping away at it.”
