Hills West's Harris reaches 2,000 points in win

Tobias Harris scored 27 points and eclipsed the 2,000-point plateau in leading top-seeded Half Hollow Hills West over Copiague, 80-63, last night in a Suffolk Class AA quarterfinal.
Harris, a senior, reached the milestone on a layup with 2:00 left in the third quarter, and became the 11th Long Islander to accomplish the feat.
