Reality-TV star Khloé Kardashian sought to reassure fans Thursday that her pregnant sister Kim was fine, following reports of an emergency visit to a doctor Tuesday night over fears of a miscarriage.
"A lot of you have expressed concern in the recent hours about Kim," she wrote on her website, "and I just wanted to let you all know that mommy and baby are doing fine and just taking it easy right now. Thank you so much to all of our wonderful fans and loved ones for your concern and support. We love you!"
E! Online said that Kim Kardashian, 32, was simply ordered by her doctor to rest due to her heavy work schedule and the strain of her ongoing divorce proceedings. A judge recently set May 6 as a trial date for her and Brooklyn Nets basketball player Kris Humphries' divorce case.
Kardashian's baby with rapper Kanye West, 35, is due in July.
