Tornado watch for area expanded; alert until 11 p.m.
A new tornado watch has been issued for the following locations in Hampton Roads: Gloucester, King William, King and Queen counties, Isle of Wight, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Virginia Beach.
Also included are portions of Northeast North Carolina.
The watch is in effect until 11 p.m.
