Family of Lauren Spierer files lawsuit against 3 friends believed to be last to see her alive

Spierer's parents believe that the three friends - Corey Rossman, Jason Rosenbaum and Mike Beth - are holding back information about what happened the night she disappeared back in June 2011.

YONKERS - News 12 has learned that the family of Lauren Spierer has filed a federal lawsuit against three Indiana University students believed to be the last people to see their daughter alive.

Spierer's parents believe that the three friends - Corey Rossman, Jason Rosenbaum and Mike Beth - are holding back information about what happened the night she disappeared back in June 2011.

The 20-year-old disappeared after a night out partying with friends at near the university. Spierer was allegedly very drunk and disoriented the night she vanished.
