Giuliani falls to fourth place in national poll
MIAMI - At the start of a three-day bus tour to launch his must-win campaign here, Rudy Giuliani paraphrased a Bible verse to thousands of worshipers at a Latino evangelical megachurch: "Fear not, be strong and of good courage."
