Hillary Clinton in 2016? Buzz grows after video surfaces

A new video is being called Hillary Clinton's first 2016 campaign ad.

A new video has people around the Hudson Valley buzzing that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton may again have her eyes on the White House.

The video aired recently at a conference of government officials and Mideast-focused thinkers. The video introduced the event's keynote speaker, Clinton, who is expected to step down as secretary of state soon.

The video, highly complimentary of Clinton and artistically shot, has many observers calling it her first 2016 campaign ad.
